Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by UPay Technology LTD (“UPay Business”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them.

1. What this Site is

The Site is a marketing page describing UPay Business white-label and co-branded card programs. It does not provide access to any account, does not issue cards, and does not process payments. Any programme you engage will be governed by a separate written agreement.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business users. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent, and that you are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where our services are permitted.

3. No offer, no advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any product or service, nor financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Card programs, API capabilities, digital-wallet support and geographic availability are subject to business eligibility, programme configuration, jurisdiction, card network, issuer and partner approval.

4. Accuracy of information

Figures shown on the Site — including client counts, cards issued and transaction volume — are rounded, indicative, based on internal data, and may change. They are not guarantees or contractual commitments. Digital-wallet and API capabilities described are subject to the approvals set out above.

5. Your submissions

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Do not submit confidential third-party information, card numbers, private keys or wallet seed phrases. Submissions are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Site unlawfully or to facilitate unlawful activity.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
  • Do not scrape, spam, overload or interfere with normal operation.
  • Do not copy or reuse Site content or branding without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party marks — including those of card networks and digital-wallet providers — remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party resources, including our API documentation. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
